QI Training is the service dedicated to training in the use and handling of medical gases given to be aimed at client in their own environment.
This training is of great importance for ensuring the safety of the patient.
The handling of medical gases in the Health centre involves various interlocutors, from medical staff (doctors, nursing staff, auxiliaries, etc.) to pharmaceutical staff and technical personnel (engineering, maintenance, etc.).
For this reason Linde Healthcare proposes different levels of learning:
Basic training, offered through e-learning, with a list of topics and self-evaluation. Aimed at health and technical personnel.
At this level the basic operating and safety principles are stressed upon.
Full training through personal assistance, evaluation of knowledge acquired and a grade certification of authorised and competent personnel (according to UNE ISO 7396-1).
Aimed at medical staff, specialist technicians and engineering professionals.
The agenda covers all aspects specified for the appointment of authorised and competent people, including the scope of their responsibilities, operational procedures, etc.
Linde is committed to training and for that purpose does not only propose a detailed course, but also provides continuous training:
Monitoring courses and periodic updating of knowledge.
Education plan for 100% of centre staff in annual periods combining all previously mentioned levels.
Adaptation to the actual needs of the health centre providing various training modules according to the type of personnel.
Safety compliance is a key component of our training and our company policy, and is achieved through well trained people
Linde Healthcare has developed an e-learning solution so that staff can complete their training more flexibly.
Increased knowledge leads to better management by the centre staff, and this involves more rational use to optimise consumption.
