QI Securesupply is an automatic service for supplying gas based on the information received through telesurveillance (QI Monitoring). When reserve reaches predetermined levels, an order process is immediately started and logistics are calculated for restocking in the shortest time possible.
The supply of medical gases requires health centre staff to perform the following tasks:
Manage the stock levels of medical gases.
Monitor their consumption in real time.
Carry out, with sufficient precaution, the appropiate gas order.
Medical telesurveillance (QI Monitoring) assures the client all the points mentioned for 24 hours 365 days of the year, thanks to the control carried out from the surveillance centre installed in the Abelló Linde S.A. Call Center.
Through the control of essential variables it aims to free clients from the tasks of monitoring and watching their stock levels.
This service operates continuously 24 hours a day and every day of the year, in such a way that it guarantees that whatever the client's working hours are, supply is always guaranteed.
Receive information quicker reducing the chain of people involved in the surveillance.
Optimisation in the provisioning of medical gases. It needs less storage volume, resulting in cost saving from advance purchase of the product.
This system allows us to improve the efficiency of the hospital resources designed for monitoring the supply of medical gases.
