QI Monitoring (hospital Monitoring system) is a service which provides hospital staff with a tool with which they can control essential variables locally and/or at a distance, related to the supply of medical gases.
The current problem with medical gas alarms is that the warning messages do not always get to the right people and at the appropriate times.
With QI Monitoring, when any preset alarm is triggered at the Centre, the system makes a call to notify you immediately. Our staff then implements the procedure indicated to solve said alarm:
Notification to the centre manager.
Replacement of stocks on alarm (service linked to QI Securesupply).
Where necessary, send our technical staff to resolve the fault.
Medical Monitoring is carried out from the control centre located in the Abelló Linde S.A. Call Center.
The variables that must be controlled will be depending on the medical gases that are in the facility and on the needs of the hospital itself and according to the current legislation.
Flexibility to perform planned shutdowns (auditing, maintenance, etc.).
Send monthly reports to clients on the discharges and incidents that have occurred; controlling these variables helps to detect certain failures in the installations such as leaks in pipelines, damaged valves, failure in the medical synthetic air mixer, etc.
This service operates continuously 24 hours a day and every day of the year, in such a way that it guarantees that whatever the client's working hours are, their supply is always monitored.
The client can monitor the status of their system through the web portal (stock levels, installation parameters, etc.).
Avoids urgent supplies that substantially increase the cost of transport, in addition to risk.
Immediate detection of potential failures, which can be resolved with less resources and quicker.
